About CRAM ARCADE

A free NMLS SAFE exam prep tool built by a licensed mortgage loan originator in Alabama.

Why This Exists

When I was studying for the NMLS SAFE MLO exam, I found that most prep resources were either expensive, outdated, or relied on passive learning — video lectures and reading material that didn't stick. I passed my exam, but I knew there had to be a better way to prepare.

CRAM ARCADE was built to be the tool I wished I had: free, built on proven study methods, and designed to make exam prep feel less like a chore. Every feature exists because it solves a real problem I experienced as a student.

The Science Behind It

CRAM ARCADE is built entirely on two study methods that decades of cognitive science research have proven to be the most effective for exam preparation:

These aren't gimmicks. They're the same principles used by medical students, language learners, and professional certification candidates worldwide.

Who Built This

CRAM ARCADE was created by a licensed mortgage loan originator based in Alabama. The questions are written to reflect current federal mortgage regulations, NMLS guidelines, and the 20-hour pre-licensing curriculum.

This is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NMLS, the CSBS, Prometric, or any state regulatory agency.
